"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). "The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. It is the main downside of the hotel."
