If you’re a western traveller heading to Chittagong you’re probably trying for work out to stay at the peninsula or the Radisson. The peninsula is like an older ritz-Carlton property, (yes the mattresses could do with an update, but a firm and okay). The rooms on the smaller side are on par with a New York or London hotel, but perfectly functional. The service and food are exceptional. It’s a nice 3\* room with 5\* service. (The Radisson is a 4\* room with 3\* service - I’ve stayed at both.) I have been in many top hotels in the world but this is the most unique and extraordinary. They greet you like a family member and make you feel comfortable and important. Airport pick up service is remarkable as well, as the courtesy of all the staff.
