The mattress is very good, the rooms are large, but the upkeep and standards aren’t there. I had used toiletries in the room and intermittent hot water. (I’m a western traveller) That said. The service is really good. The staff will go whatever mile you need them to. They are patient and kind. FIRST I WAS INFORMED FOR 3500 BDT FOR SHORT TOUR, THEN I WAS INFORMED HOURLEY 400 BDT, THEN LATE EVNING I WAS INFORMED 5500 BDT FOR FULL DAY. NEXT DAY MORNING, RATES CHANGED, TO 8500 BDT.
