The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. I will definitely be back in the future, not one bad thing to say about this hotel!!! Huge thank you to the staff- you truly made this a memorable stay for us! The reception desk manager made arrangements to move me to another room that had everything I need. Danilo went above and beyond to provide me what I needed. I had fruit for breakfast and everything was excellent. The rooftop restaurant and bar had unbelieveable views of the area.
