Downtown. Accommodation EL PATIO APARTMENT is located in the historic center of Chipiona, very close to the Castle and the beaches. It is completely new, newly renovated in January 2013 with a very well-maintained decoration and with current touches, all in detail as the photos show. The apartment has a very cozy patio for lunch and dinner outdoors. It has a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a cot at the request of the guest. The mattresses are very comfortable viscollastic. Air Conditioning (hot / cold) optional. It has exclusive ADSL-WIFI internet for the apartment. The room is soundproofed with a high quality window to isolate any small noise coming from the street. All expenses are included, including sheets and towels. The brand new kitchen is very complete with all the necessary utensils. Since the apartment is in the historic center you can reach on foot any place, shops, cafes, banks, City Hall, Tourist Office, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the Municipal Market where you can buy all the products of our land, fish, Seafood, meat, very varied fruit and plants. It is also one step away from the beaches. Chipiona is a fishing village that lives from the sea, tourism and the countryside where all kinds of products are grown, the cultivation of flowers that are exported to any part of the world. Good seafood and fried fish can be enjoyed at any bar or restaurant in Chipiona. Its beaches of white sands and rich in iodine are awarded every year with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe. The environment Near airport just 30 km. in Jerez de la Frontera and rental cars. Also about 100 km. is the airport of Seville. El apartamento tienen muy buena ubicación a una distancia similar de las playas y al lado de la zona comercial. Según se ve en las fotos así está el apartamento. Pensé echar de menos el aire acondicionado, pero realmente no lo necesita. Los propietarios son muy atentos y te dejan unas hojitas con información de la zona y recomendaciones varias. The flat is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and the bed is amazingly comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped but we suggest you go to the many cafes and restaurants in the area...with that in mind, the owners provide a comprehensive list of attractions, favourite eating places and ideas to make your stay the best possible. They are the most friendly landlords I have met - we stayed during the New Year celebrations and they even invited us to join them for a drink! L'appartement avec son petit patio est très bien, très pratique, très propre, très mignon. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) mais forcément ce petit appartement s'apprécie plus à 2 ou 3\. Un peu bruyant surtout le samedi soir pas à cause des voitures mais des gens qui passent, ne pas oublier que c'est l'été. Cependant j'ai vraiment eu l'impression de vivre à l'Espagnol. La plage est à 5 minutes à pieds, le marché à 2 minutes. Et pour boire la copa de moscatel, je recommande toujours le bar du petit musée du moscatel, un pur bonheur.
