Sie liegt ganz nahe am Strand, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist phantastisch! MAIS le parking mentionné est le parking PUBLIC , payant et sursaturé en été (le stationnement à Chipiona en été est un vrai problème).La petite chambre , au Sud , est un vrai four en été . Le store vertical sur la terrasse n'était plus là , le store du toit de la terrasse avait 2 bandes déchirées . L'entretien en général n'était pas très fignolé (linge de maison non rangé, pots de sucre? de farine ? de sel ? complètement desséchés et à moitié vides et l'équipement juste un peu mieux que sommaire . El equipamiento es perfecto, no necesitas llevar absolutamente nada, sólo ganas de descansar y relajarte a lo que contribuye las maravillosas puestas de sol que se disfrutan desde la terraza. Situado en una zona muy bien comunicada cerca de tiendas de todo tipo, supermercados, bares, etc. Un sitio muy tranquilo e ideal para unas buenas vacaciones.Muy recomendable.
