Sunny Claire- Beautiful In Town Cottage w/ Hot Tub
- This marvelous traditional home has been transformed into a luxurious vacation cottage, perfectly located in the heart of Historic Downtown Chincoteague. Guests can enjoy partial water views and relax in the 6-person hot tub.
The three bedrooms and a shared full bath are located upstairs. The first bedroom features a King Sleep Number bed and water views, along with a large, elegantly furnished covered deck—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes both a queen and a double bed.
An additional full bath is conveniently located on the first floor. Linen service is provided for all beds, along with towels for up to eight guests.
Truly an exceptional and beautifully maintained home, it’s perfect for enjoying island life. Watch the sunsets from the charming front porches and soak in the historic, peaceful surroundings.
