Josie's Getaway - Pet Friendly -Mini-Vacations and Month to Monthly Available

  • Mini-Vacations and Monthly Rental Available. Amenities: New Queen Mattress, Recushioned sofa and new deck furniture for 2025 season Central A/C, Dishwasher, Microwave, New full-size W/D, 2 TVs, Smart TV and Roku, Wi-Fi, Charcoal Grill, Screened Porch, Outside Shower.Linens and towels provided. 2 dog maximum.

    Perfect pet friendly beach getaway located right off Ridge Rd., close to restaurants and shopping. This quaint cottage offers all the amenities, with bright, open rooms, perfect for a comfortable vacation. This house has a large, screened porch, outside shower and fire pit on the patio. Been working hard over the cold months to make Josie's Getaway as perfect as ever. We listen to your comments and are always looking to improve our cottage. For 2025 we have New Queen Mattress, Recushioned sofa and new deck furniture. Linens and towels provided.

    Pet friendly home $75. (per pet) will be added to your reservation. 2 dog maximum.

    Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).
