    Located on the Chincoteague Bay this waterfront villa is delightful and well maintained and equipped. New sleeper sofa, new mattresses, and Smart TV. Large waterfront balcony ,elevators, handicapped ramps, pool and exercise room on site. The villa and Chincoteague Island is inviting to all ages. Main Street is within walking distance with cute shops, art galleries, & great restaurants. The town dates back to the 1600's with lots of history in various museums. Children love the putt - putt golf, go carts and water boats in town. Riding bikes is a favorite pastime. Another mode of transportation is riding the trolley around town. A 10 minute drive will take you to Assateague Island where the famous ponies live and the historic lighthouse is located. There are many biking and walking trails perfect for bird watching. The museums and the fabulous Atlantic Ocean are there to enjoy! Come stay in our villa and enjoy your home away from home.

    This is a three bedrooms, two baths, water front condo, overlooking Chincoteague Bay and marina.New sleeper sofa, new mattresses, and Smart TV. Amenities include; Towels and bedding are included, Pillows ,Central A/C, W/D, Microwave, 3 TVs, DVDs, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Large Waterfront Balcony, WiFi, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Large Dining Table & additional seating to feed a large crowd. New Renovations for 2025 : Wood flooring, fresh paint, and fresh rugs.. The villa also has a pool and fitness center on site. Please note there is no boat parking allowed in the parking lot if you plan to bring a boat please make other arrangements.
