"The staff were lovely. The room was adequate size. The place needs updating, but it was relatively clean. Good location, sometimes a bit loud but most people were respectful of 10pm curfew. No windows or natural light. The lift doesn't go to the basement. Overall I would give a 7.5 rating. Laundry facilities are scary and no iron. It was freezing but they gave me an extra heater which really helped. The cafe was very handy with great food."

"Great location, clean, tidy, smaller than expected though . Trip hazard with floor runners curling up at the ends , had to turn them over. TV remote was flat and no milk for a coffee on arrival. All in all comfortable and convenient but a couple of things needing attention. Thanks"
