  • Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom China Grove retreat. It is located right off route 29 less than 20 minutes from Charlotte, Concord, Kannapolis and Salisbury. This beautiful house features 2 queen beds, WiFi, heating, a washing machine, and AC. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house. Weather you are traveling for work or to relax come and enjoy your stay. recently renovated 1 story home in China Grove. The interior features open floor plan with low maintenance laminate floors, spacious bedrooms and upgraded bath. Updated, eat-in kitchen boasts granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and custom, "soft close" cabinets. Exterior features a large, flat backyard, fully fenced with storage shed and patio. Step outside the front door onto the rocking chair front porch, perfect for unwinding after a long day! Home was completely renovated in 2022 and meticulously maintained since.

Clean convenient home in a quiet neighborhood.

My family and I had a great stay here. The home was very clean and conveniently located. We were in the area to visit family, but we also visited Kannapolis and Patterson's farm which were both only a short drive away from the house. Michelle was great to communicate with. Super friendly, helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We thought that we had a great and comfortable stay! It was clean. The bedrooms are a nice size and the beds are comfortable. We would like to have had an ironing board for ironing our clothes. More washcloths would be nice too. Other than that we had a great stay! It was perfect for going back and forth to the 3-day convention in Salisbury. Only 15 minutes away.
