"They never cleaned our room despite putting the sign two nights. Breakfast is horrible. If you want to rest after a full day at the beach, forget about it. The noise is unbearable. It’s like having two to three speakers at your ears nonstop playing different music."

"My stay was very pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the location is excellent since it is inside Alamedas mall. The staff was very friendly, especially Jesus, who helped us with our luggage. The air conditioning stopped working at some point, but the hotel promptly accommodated us in another room. ..."
