About this property

Apartment at Kilometer 59 Beach (Rural Area - Surf Town).

  • Enjoy one of Surf City’s biggest waves at km.59, Shutia Beach. Our apartment features a bedroom with three beds, a full bathroom, a fully equipped electric kitchen, a mini-refrigerator, a living room, a terrace where you can watch the beautiful sunsets, and more. It’s just 10 minutes from famous beaches like El Zonte, 15 minutes from El Tunco, and 20 minutes from Punta Roca. Our area is still under development and is in a rural area, so the streets are still cobblestone and, for now, only high-clearance vehicles such as 4x4s or four-wheel-drive vehicles can access them. It’s a quiet and somewhat secluded community. The beach is about a 5-myto walk away (3rd row).
