Conveniently located, at a walking distance from El Prado, shopping, dining and local markets. Excellent neighbourhood. The hotel is quiet and the staff very helpful. The room is pleasantly decorated and impeccable! Very safe place that would recommend to anyone including inexperienced travelers. Last but not least, very affordable for such a great neighbourhood!

Had everything that we needed; the hands-off check-in and check-out were nice. We did not see any staff. Using the app as our key was so useful, and arriving to find a washer after 3 days of hiking in Mallorca was an unexpected surprise.

I reserved a queen size bed room , and they gave Me a full side bed. For me and my husband.
I did check prior to my arrival with Expedia confirming a/c on the rooms, wich they confirmed it . Time check In there was no a/c
Some one put a sign on my door so not make room or disturb, not me. And they didn’t make my room. If you reserve with time a queen bed and they don’t have the price would be less of what I paid. But no, they didn’t care

This is a bare-bones hotel located within a couple minutes of the Madrid airport. The hotel had almost everything needed for a hotel stay: comfortable beds, very clean building, very quiet, good hot water in shower. The restaurant had a nice buffet offering for breakfast, but very limited options ...
