They brought us electric space heaters for our tent and each bed had a heated mattress pad or blanket. "The house is large and spacious, with beautiful views. The cooling system was amazing and kept the house very comfortable. Communication with the host and the property management was excellent and our concerns were immediately addressed the same day!!I was not aware that the living room was sunken with steep tiled steps on both sides, with no way of getting around it.It would have been nice if the Game room had a door on each end so you could go through it, bypassing the steps. A handrail on the pool would have been useful for some of our senior citizen family members.I may have missed it in the writeup, but this house should be stated as "not handicap accessible". Luckily, that didn't apply to us.The house was clean and well stocked with supplies and linens, but detailed inspections after each use was not evident.There were many light bulbs out in the kitchen and pool that needed replaced, as well as a loose door handle on a slider that eventually broke off, while we were there.The bathtub drained slowly and the barn door in the sunroom doesn't shut completely. There are no shades or blinds in the sunroom to darken it, when used as sleeping quarters.The cooling vent of the master bathroom blew debris and dirt in, which needed to be wiped up continuously.But all in all, it was a wonderful vacation and suited our large family needs nicely."

"My 3 daughters, 3 granddaughters, and I spent a terrific 8 days here. Everyone loved this beautiful house and its amenities. We all had a lovely, spacious bedroom and shared bathrooms. The house has a beautiful gas cooktop on an island and plenty of counter space for prep work. Most of the kitchen staples and utensils were provided. (I brought my own mayo!)There are steps down to the pool, but that didn’t stop the “kids.” Grandma, who had a recent knee injury, didn’t try, but she used the hot tub and was perfectly happy.There is a lot to do in Albuquerque, take my word for it. In fact, we did not spend enough time socializing together, but perhaps next time I will arrange things a little bit differently… That is a little less running around. If I do this again in Albuquerque, I will rent this house again."
