"We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! "

"Very nice cozy room. It happened to be a great location for our Torres del Paine tour, as we were the last to be picked up in the morning and the first to be dropped off in the afternoon. The staff was especially polite and helpful. It looks like they are repainting the exterior, which must take a beating from the wind and rain."

"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. "We booked a room with a view of The Massif and it was completely worth it as the view is incredible! You also get the same view from the dining room and bar and comfy seating areas which were great for relaxing and taking it all in. The room was clean and modern although only minor disappointment was the bathroom which could do with an upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. The pool was lovely, a great space to relax after a long hike the day before. Initially we had concerns over being isolated in this location but for a couple of days we had no issues. Good dining options in the hotel and we booked hikes and transfers through ‘The Masssif’ who are based at the hotel and we’re great. Overall highly recommend."
