"Exterior was clean and inviting. Ample on lot parking spaces with easy access to the building. I returned to my room late night and had no security concern in the parking lot which is well lit. Staff provided excellent service with care. Room was average for a two night stay. King bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and stocked with Dove products ( hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner). Cons: Bathroom sink stopper was broken. Iron constantly leaked water into my garment while ironing. Walls need to be wiped down better as hair/lint was visible. Clock displayed the wrong time and could not be set. Ice only available on first floor near dining area. Definitely a budget friendly option for my two night stay. Don’t think I would choose this hotel brand in the future."

"Clear room, helpful stuff, parking lot of parking kid-friendly stuff very helpful my fiance is from augusta, and I live here in atlanta so we wanted to go out to eat before she had bike to augusta, and I asked the staff if it was okay for me to. Leave her car down while we go get something to eat. And we'll come back and get the car and they did not have a problem at all in us, leaving the car there and come back and get it once we done eating very friendly, very helpful. Very polite i have been here three times and every time I come. It's just excellent excellent staff. Excellent service. Like I said, very friendly, very polite and helpful"

"1st off I booked my room online, and the address given is not the correct address. We drove to the location only to arrive in a parking lot with a pile of dirt where the hotel should be sitting. I called and was given the correct address, thankfully it wasn't far away. The hotel appeared to have been recently remodeled or updated, so that was nice. Only issue we had was we had to ask for more towels and shampoo cause our room wasn't stocked, not a biggie. Only there for one night for a weekend soccer tournament nearby. Location was great for us."
