The hotel itself, and the rooms in particular, are very well laid out and kept very clean. A sitdown tabletp kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave oven, stovetop, rice cooker and a washer/dryer. The staff was friendly and courteous throughout our time there."

The Kangs accommodated our late arrival by picking us up at the Busan train station and provided transportation, at an incredible rate for us 7 in our family. "Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "

"The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order. The hotel has a chicken burger restaurant on the floor of the main street. "
