Most of the staff were good. What I didn't like is was supposed to check out 10am but to my suprise when I went for breakfast staff entered my room. My property was still there they stripped the bed and it was before 10am. How can staff enter my room whilst I was still there without my approval.

"The property owners showed lack of professionalism. I booked through Expedia.com and made payment but when I got to the property I was told they were fully booked yet I had travelled over 200km.They grudgingly refunded me but I felt I was treated unfairly as they did not consider the inconvenience ..."
