    WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL: Real dark skies-on a clear night the stars are the evening's entertainment (bring the camera). Wild turkeys wander the pasture under moss-draped oaks. It's the kind of quiet you can hear.

    THE AREA: Manatee Springs and Fanning Springs are an easy drive for swimming, kayaking, and manatee season. Gainesville - Gators game days, restaurants, and UF - is within easy reach for a day trip.

    GUEST ACCESS: Self check-in from 4:00 PM with a smart-lock code sent before arrival. You'll have the whole guest home to yourselves, plus the 10 acres to roam. Please note: my home is also on the property, in a separate main house - it's not shared space, and I respect your privacy, but I'm nearby if you need anything. Please keep to the guest home and don't enter the main home's front or back yard.
