The interior features a light and airy atmosphere with new amenities throughout. The property backs up to Little Chico Creek with greenbelt on one side and friendly neighbors on the other. Only seven blocks to Bidwell park and downtown! My father and I completely remodeled this space in the Fall/Winter of 2016\.
