Gail, the host, was amazing. She was very responsive and accomodating during our stay. She was very quick to respond when we had a question. She even decorated for Christmas for our out of town celebration which my kids loved! The kitchen is very well stocked making it easy to cook meals while staying here - lots of pans, pots, hand mixer, toaster, etc. Would definitely stay again. Quiet, safe neighborhood!

One of the nicest vacation rentals in Chico. I have stayed at quite a few as my kids live in town. Gail is an excellent host, quick to respond and when we forgot an item she went out of her way to make it easy for us to pick up. The house is comfortable and very clean and a plus for us is that she uses unscented clean materials which is great for people sensitive to smells. There were 6 of us and it was spacious and had everything you would need, especially in the kitchen. The beds got a thumbs up from everyone for comfort as well. We will definitely stay here again. Also in a quiet area and nice park close by.
