Great for a family break
Very good, liked the kids' facilities, pools a bit cool as per usual in Spain(!). Bit poor not having tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms as this is a 4 star and was not a cheap break. Buffet quality absolutely top notch. We will return (bringing a mini kettle!)

The hotel is lovely and quite. Well located for access to the beach and restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Lovely family hotel.
Lovely hotel for kids walking distance to a beautiful beach. A family of 4, rooms spacious with twin beds, a sofa bed and 1 single. Buffet dinner was great with plenty of choices. Snack bar was a bit disappointing as the menu was limited and portions small. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday. Great week 🙂

A perfect getaway
A perfect getaway, perfect hotel for relaxing, the hotel has splash area for kids with a bigger pool adjacent for parents and another pool at the other end of hotel for relaxing.each pool area has its bar. Rooms are very clean ,beds are comfortable, staff are very friendly there's also a gym, playing area for kids. Buffet is quite good .rooms are big we had two tv, large balcony, mini bar on request but we bought our own drinks and used the mini bar. Surrounding area is small, quiet and peaceful a few bars and restaurants a supermarket some play areas for kids ,still under development. Overall very happy with my stay.

Adequate hotel, very noisy room
Room was clean and well appointed. My stay was ruined however by the very high levels of crowd noise coming from the bar/terrace area directly beneath my balcony, noise which penetrated day and night even with the balcony door shut. The noise persisted on Thursday and Friday night well after midnight. The hotel should improve drastically the sound-proofing of the rooms along this corridor (my room was 2077).

Fine hotel but terrible food.
Beat is great and pools are nice, but the food here is just horrible. The morning coffee was some of the worst i have tasted.

Great hotel for family with young kids. Negative point was that they do not have a great variety of food in the kids section (mainly pasta). Our room was at the other side of hotel which was as far from the kids pool as it could be. They should try and keep families with kids near the kids pool. Although we didnt get all inclusive seeing what they offered i think half board or full board is more worthwhile.

Overly - Nice
The hotel is very nice. Just be aware - it appeared, if you don't have "all inclusive", you need to pay for the chairs and umbrellas on the beach (be first in the morning too). If you have a room above a restaurant - there were noises and talks till late at night.

Dos días maravillosos en un hotel excelente. Instalaciones limpias y en buen estado, personal muy servicial, desayuno muy variado y completísimo. Además, tuvieron el detalle y la amabilidad de darnos una habitación mejorada. Muy satisfechos.

Es un hotel ideal para familias con hijos. La animacion del hotel, las instalaciones, los desayunos, la limpieza y la ubicicacion hacen de este hotel una buenisima opcion. La decoracion si se puede ver un poco anticuada, no le vendria mal un pequeño cambio.

El mejor desayuno buffet que hemos tenido. El horario de la piscina y desayuno es demasiado corto para un resort de vacaciones. El lugar de cambio de toallas en un extremo del complejo es inconveniente si tienes la habitación en el lado opuesto como era nuestro caso. Debería haber más de un punto.

Muy buena ubicación y relación calidad precio. Abundante y muy buena comida y excepcional la atención y el servicio de todo el personal. Aparcamiento limitado en la zona, el del hotel completo. Le haría falta un cambio de colchón. Por lo demás todo genial.

En general la estancia estuvo regular. Un día no nos limpiaron la habitación y luego estuvimos dos días sin disfrutar de la piscina de los mayores porque alguien defecó dentro, suena a chiste, pero fue la realidad. Los desayunos y las cenas muy concurridos, si intentas ir a la cena un poco más tarde cuando hay menos gente, te encuentraras con la sección de los postres toda guarreada. En el corner self service de los helados la gente usaba sus dedos cuando no conseguía separar el helado de la cuchara (la misma cuchara que usa todo el mundo), de hecho me pregunto si esto es conforme a las medidas sanitarias contra del covid. Deberían de poner un camarero que atienda en la zona de los postres. Lo único positivo es la playa que esta al lado.
