It is a working permaculture farm with animals so you may hear a rooster, cows or donkeys. The house is located 8 miles south of Chickamauga and 17 miles south of Chattanooga. Cloudland Canyon, rock climbing, hang gliding and downtown Chattanooga are all within a 30 minute drive. On clear nights, you will see the stars and hear the sounds of nature undisturbed by city lights and sounds. The space The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with an open living/dining/kitchen area. There is a large front porch with plenty of seating and a large back deck with a table and chairs. All of this is surrounded by trees and pasture on a beautiful farm in the country away from the chaos of the city. Other things to note No parties. No smoking.
