Every reservation is required to either leave a refundable £150 security deposit (held on your card, not charged, and released within 7 days of checkout) or to pay a smaller £25 one-off, non-refundable damage waiver - whichever you prefer. Your door code will be available via the portal shortly before arrival, once this is completed.
