"For the price this camper was really nice! The staff replied quickly and was courteous. The place was clean and the deck was just the right size. Only suggestion add a gate so the doggie wouldn’t need a leash. Towels were super soft, bed was comfortable, located just off the main road, and do yourselves a favor check out Waves Deli food so good."

"This was our first time in North Carolina and it won’t be our last. The house, the view was amazing. Gorgeous sunrises and distance to the beach was perfect. Hot tub was my favorite. Can’t wait to come back. Looking forward to our next adventure at the beach. PS…..we could not believe we were only Few houses from the Inn at Rodanthe, we thought we were movie stars. "

"when we got there it almost appeared like the main floor was forgotten to be swept, when I contacted Rob he was very polite and helpful. it was very quick to respond to any messages with any questions. a very excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! easy walk to the beach, beautiful sunrises, and sunsets, got to see deer and a fawn, loved the outdoor space on the decks and screened in porch . the beach at this location is wonderful! not many people at all"

"This property worked out well for our annual family vacation. They could work on their introductory services, there was no real welcome instructions I had to search for the remote to the pulley system to move in when I texted the number from the management company no one responded till the next day. They need to look in closets when they clean the property there was what looked like puke on the carpet in one of the bed room closets. They offered to have professional carpet cleaning but I feel like it should be done before I move in. There was a broken chair in the kitchen area I sent them a pic of it the first day… There was a good amount of space for everyone and the pool was great we used it pretty much every day. There was no good beach equipment they had some old rusty broken chairs which should be removed we had to purchase chairs from the dollar general. The hot tub was also a nice feature but we only used it one evening. The washer and dryer were brand new and definitely a plus. It was convenient to the beach and store/gas station across the street was good too. The big table in the kitchen was a good gathering place and the pool table and the classic video game was great for family fun also! Overall the property was very nice but the amount of money we spent having to wait till 6pm to check in and check out at 10 am you definitely lose a whole day in the vacation time."

"We were extremely happy with the location and having the beach about 100 yard walk away made it easier for the senior family members and toddlers to get to and from the beach. Kitchen is listed as being well stocked and it was. We did bring some small kitchen appliances that were not listed like a flat griddle, waffle maker, and crockpot only to find a crockpot was there. I loved the layout, all bedrooms are on the first floor, and the second floor is open area with kitchen, living room, dining room, and half bath. The house was large enough for ten people and we had a great time. Thank you."

"This was the ideal house for our large family group. The short walk to the beach and pool were the highlights! The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to spread out. Having a pool table was definitely a bonus. We would definitely rent this house again!"

"Great summer week!! The house was exactly how it is described! Well stocked with essentials and comfortable..Perfect for our family of 4 and dog! Some local tips..Beach gear- there are some items available in the laundry room at the house but also available for rent at a few places. Will probably do this next time to free up space in the car.Beach Fires- there are applications available online to print also in the red binder at the house which is very convenient. Sunset fires on the beach are the best!Mosquitoes! There was a ton of rain here the past 3 weeks and these buggers are multiplying fast. Depending on the wind be sure to come prepared with plenty of protection as most places are sold out. This is an island wide issue currently.Miss Oregon Inlet headboat is awesome! Took my 6 yr old on a fishing trip and the whole family on a dolphin/sunset cruise. Really great experience!The Happy Hour is a great homebase for all the great adventures OBX has to offer!"

"Outstanding location right by the beach. Wonderful for our family gathering ages 19-86 and two dogs. People could come and go as they pleased. Great porch spaces to sit outside with shade even in middle of day. Spacious house with nice communal area. Beautiful beach, lovely sunrises. Convenience store, food trucks and a couple of nice cafes nearby. Lots of mosquitoes, but it had just rained heavily, just be prepared to use bug spray. Overall, a great time! Highly recommend!"
