Best ever

We have stayed here before when we have traveled to Chicago and it is the best hotel for the price anywhere. The rooms are spacious, the restaurant and bar are so convenient (and the food is delicious) and the staff are so warm and welcoming. One added feature is that it is less than 7 miles from O'Hare airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a highway side room and it was very loud. Hard to sleep. Toilet was very low to the floor. No wipe down or cleaner in gym. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean. Restaurant food good and quick.

I liked that the hotel had a pool that is the reason that I picked this hotel. I registered on a Thursday and went to use the pool that evening.the pool was lovely. The water though was ice cold. I tried to swim and it was the worst time I have had swimming. I tried to use the sauna to warm up and it was not working. It took my awhile to warm up again. I therefore avoided the pool on Friday and Saturday not wanting to relive that. On Sunday I went to the pool people were swimming so I went in and the waterways warm. I feel that it should of been posted somewhere that the pool was only swimmable on weekends when the hotel is busier.

MERRY CHRISTMAS STAY

WE WERE GREETED BY A VERY PERSONABLE YOUNG MAN. WENT TO OUR ROOMS WHICH WERE ADJOINED AS WE REQUESTED AND GOT A REALLY RESTFUL QUIET ROOM. OUR MORNING BREAKFAST WE WERE GREETED BY ANOTHER ENJOYABLE MAN WHO WAS THERE TO MAKE OUR EVERY PLEASURE HIS PLEASURE TO COMPLY TO.ROOMS WERE GREAT, FOOD WAS PLENTIFUL AND A GOOD VARIETY AND THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. NEIGHBORHOOD WAS CLOSE TO THE EXPRESSWAY AND QUIET. THE PARKING LOT WAY WASHED DOWN EVERY MORNING, EXTREMELY CLEAN AREA.

It was Nice! Quiet. Didn't like the TV was way to Dark and I couldn't adjust it. But, besides that everything else was Great!!! Breakfast was Great as Well.

Convenient Stay

Interior rooms smelled musty. Bathroom was small. Bed was comfortable. Single elevator for all floors was rather small as well. Breakfast buffet was good. Front desk staff was friendly. Shuttle convenient to BMW Championship. Travel to Woodfield Mall took about 15 minutes and route was not on main thoroughfare so less traffic to maneuver.
