Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel
Clean and comfortable room, amazing breakfast (although crazy crowded at peak times), great staff. Location is not really close to anything; however, it's right next to the train station, which is very convenient.

Hotel Nikko Narita
Rooms are clean but small and not that soundproof. No free drinks, etc in the lobby unlike most hotels in Japan. They were great at allowing us to store a bike box for 3 weeks in between our stays. Breakfast buffet is awesome. No onsen here.
