"Lovely location to get the train to and from. Walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The host was lovely and very helpful. You can use the washing machine which was helpful for we travelled hand luggage only. Apartment was large and had everything you needed, even a friendly cat that would visit the garden! "The view was beautiful, property was also super pretty. Had a slight acidic smell in the bedroom but was very clean and comfy. Bidet wasnt great, bathroom was in good condition aside from that. Feng shue in the bedroom was impeccable, slept lile an absolute log every night and woke up to the sounds of waves and the best view possible. A little hard to get to from Taormina (I'd recommend the bus, not the cable car or the path google maps suggests which is no longer safe) and the road from Isola...

"We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as was the service. The pool is as amazing as it looks in the photos. It’s clean and the lifeguards are very helpful. The sea was lovely, easy access and crystal clear water. Reception staff are also very helpful. What a treat to stay here and we will definitely be back! I would say that if you want to see the surrounding areas hiring a car is helpful. "
