The staff was so nice! The morning breakfast is amazing! This is a great North Rome spot, fairly close to several key areas to include the Spanish stairs. Lots of locals eat here and it's not as touristy as some of the spots in center square. We took the limo service back and forth to the airport, which was really nice.

Rooms were clean, had a mini fridge which is actually usually hard to find in NYC. Even had free coffee which again is not common in nyc. I liked not having to interact with staff

As we arrived in Elk City we had a call from the hotel saying our reservation was cancelled, Tired after a 7 hour drive we were not happy. We literally drove to the hotel to find out what the issue was. "Due to unseen circumstances" ...
