The downstairs area is a spacious open plan area which is floor tiled throughout making it suitable for dog owners. The rear of the property is secure offering outdoor space for children and dogs. The property has a tiffany LED lighting theme throughout. The property is gas central heated,the new boiler heats the property quickly and provides instant hot water.The boiler is controlled by a Nest thermostat and Hive smart radiator valves. The property is powered by solar. Smoke and carbon monoxide detection is present with a hard wired Google Nest sensor and FireAngel protection. Wi-Fi speed - 140 mbps. The living room offers a 3 seater and a 2 seater Chesterfield suite,mounted on the wall is a Samsung 43 inch smart television that includes Netflix and BBC I player. We had to remove dead spiders that we thought were alive from a couple of a places bathroom not ideal a shower cubicle would have been more useful as water kept going on floor with handheld shower head. A sweeping brush or Vacumn would have been useful to help clean up dog hairs before departure And finally not very clean in kitchen oven area the oven needs professionally cleaned to bring it up to standards curry drawer had food crumbs amongst cutlery and kitchen cupboards not very clean.
