    The Cheshire House is ideal for families and friends visiting Chester. Just a short drive from the city centre, it features 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large lounge, conservatory, separate dining room, hot tub, and extensive gated parking. This home is for accommodation purposes only. Parties, events, and functions are not permitted. Guests must respect our neighbours and comply with out quiet hours (9:30PM - 8:00AM). Enjoy a peaceful retreat close to all historic attractions!

    Welcome to The Cheshire House – Your Ideal Stay in Chester



    Nestled in a peaceful suburb just minutes from Chester City Centre, The Cheshire House offers the perfect base for your trip.

    The Space



    – Ground Floor: Features a bright, open layout with a spacious lounge, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, conservatory, and a convenient WC.

    – Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Across two floors, the house offers eight generously sized bedrooms. The ground floor includes three rooms with a double and single bed each, plus one en-suite room with a double and two single beds. The first floor offers four more bedrooms (each with a double and single bed) and two full bathrooms (one with a bath and shower, the other with a shower).

    – Private hot tub for total relaxation

    – Ample on-site parking

    – Flexible Arrival: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible subject to availability.

    – In-Person Welcome: Prior to check-in, we will coordinate a brief meet and greet with a member of our team to help you settle in smoothly and ensure a seamless transition into the property.

    Because we are located in a lovely residential neighborhood, outdoor noise-level monitoring systems and non-monitored outdoor CCTV are in place for safety. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels outside and during quieter hours.

Amazing house

7 of us stayed at this property for our friends 60th birthday, it was absolutely perfect, plenty of room for all of us, house was lovely, beds comfortable, would highly recommend & would stay here again!

Excellent Property

Whilst we only stayed one night after a family event in Chester the beds were confortable and we could see the possibilities of the venue as an excellent place for parties or events. Shame we didn't have more time to use the facilities such as the hot tub and dinning room table

Girl's night away

This house was perfect for what we needed it for; big communal space, enough bedrooms and bathrooms and big dining area. The inside of the property was a bit unkempt - it was as though the property had been cleaned but then just left and not checked before our visit. Spiders and dust in every room, we counted 12 spiders in just one of the bathrooms. The fridge was very small (under counter size) ideal size for us for one night but if we had been staying longer it would have been insufficient. Hot tub was enjoyed by those who used it however some outdoor furniture would have been great to allow everyone to sit outside in the sunshine. We would definitely stay again; quiet location, ample parking, we felt very secure and lovely fruit trees outside.

Really large, spotless, well equipped and well presented. Perfect for our Hen party Traitors event and the event organisers were really impressed with the.venue also. Comfortable beds and a restful sleep. We all said we would recommend.

So my error I thought I was booking Chester city center and then as a former resident of Chester when I realised it was blacon I realised I’d made a big mistake (blacon was quite rough when I lived in Chester). I was able to change my booking to another accommodation in the group that was available and more central - the Tudor gathering.
