Weather: Access to this residence is via an unpaved road. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. This residence features a Tesla Powerwall and stand-by generator to significantly minimize power interruptions. While internet service may occasionally fluctuate in this rural setting, we do not issue refunds for connectivity issues beyond our control.
EV Charging: An on-site NEMA 14-50 outlet is available for Level 2 charging. Guests will need to bring their own mobile charger to plug into it.
Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 plus tax fee for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than three, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
