The space
No. 25 Racecourse View has been completely refurbished to provide the perfect luxury retreat.

The lounge and dinning area are situated on the 1st floor offering stunning views over Chester Race Course. The lounge includes a 3 seater Heals sofa bed which can comfortably sleep two people, the dinning area includes a large table and chairs which can accommodate up to 6 people.

On the second floor there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the king size Loaf bed comes complete with orthopaedic mattress for maximum comfort, there is also plenty of space for clothes storage with fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

The ground floor features a new fitted kitchen complete with integrated appliances, a secondary entrance provides convenient access onto the parking courtyard to the rear of the property. The ground floor also includes a second bedroom and large shower room. The bedroom includes a king size Loaf bed comes complete with orthopaedic mattress for maximum comfort, there is also plenty of space for clothes storage with fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
