The property manager came by quickly to clean it but we ended up moving over to a different property owned by the same person. That one had a few minor issues as it wasn’t set up for use completely just yet. The manager was very apologetic and did everything to get things set up, but it was still frustrating. The property listed here seemed to match the listing and looked comfortable, even for up to 6 people in a tiny home.Overall, access to Almanor and Lassen was great, grocery store is a block away (the best grocery store in a 100 mile radius), and the property we moved to was clean. We had a great time, sans the initial frustration and move to a different house. ##### Evan C. There was no grill no hot tub and the backyard was unkept. Internet was horrible and the tv snd internet were off on the the first night which was horrible since we have young kids. Tania was a great property manager and got us some games and a small girlll so that I could cook my food as the stove was tiny and wasn’t hot enough. There was no Mountain View at all and we were told we were going to get a discount for all the hassles. Nothing happened. ##### Carmel C. So we had to leave next morning due to smoke and poor air quality and didn't get to check out the town or area at all. We were amazed at how airy and spacious it is and it was downright charming. The knotty pine was a sweet touch, and having a full sized refrigerator and a couch with reclining plus connections for our devices AND drink holders - priceless!
