Room was not available until two hours late due to limited staffing. Staff that was there tried very hard but we were terribly inconvenienced. Also, adjacent room was noisy both nights disturbing our rest - partying first night then crying todler tge second. No soundproofing. Breakfast eggs were so wet they were inedible. Very disappointed in a Hilton property.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the coffee was LaVazza and hot! I travel a lot and these things matter. I stayed at 2 other places in the area, big name places and this is the one I will come back to.

One Night Stay
The room was large with a comfortable bed. The main lobby was a little dirty. The local of the motel was good. It was seconds from Hwy 64.

Nice if you like minimalist.
This Hotel has been open two months and still smells new. It has a pleasant IKEA-style botique atmosphere and is visually attractive. An annoying aspect to the design is the lack of closet space and drawers. There is a bar with hangers and open shelves to place clothing. I found the mattress too soft and the desk with a chair was right next to the AC. I had to cover the blower with a towel to work at the desk. Only a refrigerator, no microwave or coffee-maker, but coffee available 24/7 in lobby. Breakfast was ok in design, but scrambled eggs were stewing in water. There was little variety, and food was not really fresh. They could do much better. Location was quiet, lots of free parking, and conveniently located right next to Greenbrier Mall. Staff available 24/7 as well, and very friendly and responsive.

We have been to almost all the hotels in this area because of a job transfer. This is the cleanest hotel by far and people here are all super nice. The pure white clean walking showers are so wonderful and are so luxury to the point that we want to take a longer shower. I love that the rooms don't have carpets and the bed frames don't have any fabric as well. It is very fresh looking and very contemporary . We have lots of allergies and this hotel didn't give us any allergies at all. Breakfast here is delicious! My advice to the manager of this hotel is to please make sure this hotel stays as clean as it is now because this is one of the reasons this hotel is 5 stars for us. I also encourage that housekeeping continues to do a great job by making sure they change bed sheets after each customer and continue to leave the rooms as clean as we found them.
