La propriété de 5 ha se compose d’un parc avec piscine, prairie et bois, dans un hameau tranquille. Vous trouverez au fond du parc un prieuré du début XIème siècle anciennement rattaché à l’ordre du Cluny avec une église en ruines dont les chapiteaux sont classés aux monuments historiques. La propriété se situe entre Angoulême (25 min) et Limoge (45 min) dans une campagne typique du charentais composé de bocage et de forêt. Description de la maison \> Rez-de-chaussée : \- cuisine entièrement rénovée au printemps 2024 \- grande salle à manger et salon \- sanitaires \> Au 1er étage : \- vaste chambre à coucher de maître (50m²) avec lit à baldaquin (180), salle d’eau et wc attenants \- Un grand bureau avec couchage d’appoint (canapé lit 140) \- Une petite chambre avec lit double (140) et salle de bain avec wc \> Au 2ème étage : \- une chambre centrale traversante (2 petits lits 90) \- une petite chambre avec lit double (140) et salle d’eau avec wc \- une grande chambre avec 4 couchages simples (80) ou lit de 160, salle d’eau. Plusieurs couchages supplémentaires (matelas) sont disponibles, à répartir en fonction des besoins. Une chambre très rustique pour couple peut aussi être mise à votre disposition si besoin au niveau du prieuré (+2 couchages supplémentaires). Un lit parapluie pour bébé est également à disposition. Possibilité d’ajouter des matelas au sol et une chambre rustique au niveau du prieuré (lit de 160). Montage de tentes dans le jardin ou les champs possible si vous le désirez. \- Chasseneuil-sur-Bonnieure est la ville la plus proche (6 km, 8 min) avec toutes les commodités (Intermarché et Lidl, boulangerie, station-service, charcuterie, pharmacie, gendarmerie, garages, poste, coiffeur, etc.) \- Pain frais à Cherves-Chatelars à 2 km \- Gare la plus proche : Angoulême à 2.5 h de Paris et 30 min de la maison. Un bus fait la liaison entre Angoulême et Chasseneuil-sur-Bonnieure. Le prix proposé inclus les frais de ménage, mais n’inclus pas les frais pour les draps de lits et les serviettes (50 euros de plus). Vous pouvez amener vos propres draps et serviettes.
