The Space:

This four-bedroom lakefront cottage on Lac Lili sleeps up to 12 guests and sits just 15 minutes from Montcalm ski slopes and La Source Nordic Baths. The biggest draw? Floor-to-ceiling windows frame uninterrupted lake views from nearly every room, and the private hot tub overlooks the water year-round.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed with lake views. Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two double beds — ideal for families or groups. Two full bathrooms, each with a tub and shower, serve the home. An inflatable mattress is available on request for extra guests.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan main level connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area under vaulted ceilings. The gas fireplace anchors the living space, while the fully equipped kitchen opens to a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 10 to 12. Downstairs, a second living room with foosball and board games opens directly onto the lakefront. The enclosed porch seats six for meals with a view.



Outdoor Amenities

Step outside to your private backyard with direct lake access. Two kayaks are yours to use — no motorized boats are allowed on Lac Lili, so the water stays quiet and clean. Soak in the hot tub with lake views, gather around the firepit after dark, or fire up the BBQ on the furnished balcony.



Good To Know

Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make remote work easy. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light. Free parking is available on-site, and an EV charger is provided. Cable TV and Netflix are ready to go. In winter, the road can be icy — winter tires are strongly recommended. Atlantis Water Park is minutes away in summer, and Rawdon offers dogsledding, horseback riding, and sledding just 20 minutes from the door.

The Neighborhood:

The cottage is located on Lac Lili in Chertsey, Quebec. The lake is truly pure and pristine, as no engines are allowed!



2 kayaks are provided so you can explore the water. Atlantis Water Park is tons of fun in the summertime, and it’s just a few minutes’ drive away.



A 15-minute drive brings you to the village of Chertsey, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and other services. The Montcalm ski slopes and La Source Nordic Baths are also about 15 minutes away.



For more wintertime fun, try snowshoeing in Chertsey, cross-country skiing at Montcalm, or head to nearby Rawdon (20 min) for sledding, horseback riding, and dogsledding.

Getting Around:

Chertsey is about 89.6 km or 1.5 hours from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. The best way to get around is by car and it's highly recommended to have winter tires on your vehicle during winter as the road could be icy and slippery.

**Please note that we do not supply body wash, bar soap, shampoo, cooking oil, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, or Saran Wrap (cling film). There is dish soap available.**



• Please note that the ages of all guests must be verified. We reserve the right to refuse a reservation if the majority of the guests are underage.



• A security deposit (500$CAD) may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



• Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



• There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the property only. These are for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.



• It is strongly recommended to have winter tires on your vehicle during winter as the road could be icy and slippery.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 25 years old to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300$CAD penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.

- No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check- in, prior or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- In order to preserve the water quality of the lake, only the kayaks provided in the cottage are allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the smart lock. We will provide the access code within 24 hours of your arrival.
