We wanted to get away from the corporate rat race, and had never been to Missouri before. The cabin seems fairly new and has everything one would want for a short stay. We wanted seclusion, and the property has that in spades...we did not have any cell service unless we went to neighboring Steeltown, so plan your routes beforehand or go old school and bring a map. When this description says private, that's exactly what it means. Imagine a little cabin in the middle of 120 of heavily tree'd property. Oh yeah, might be better if you drove a truck as none of the roads are "paved", it is all river rock, but we got around just fine. This was the most beautiful place we have ever been to. We honestly didn't see another human from the time we paid and "checked in" at the owners home to the time we left, not even at the creek on the property.
