Ground floor apartment 70 m2 in the bay of Mt St Michel 19 kms and 24 kms from St Malo. Capacity 3/4 people maximum including 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 + extra bed, 1 living room with sofa bed 2 people, 1 dining room with open kitchen equipped with a fireplace with insert, 1 room of water with washing machine, wc and an independent entrance giving directly on the carpark, possibility of being accompanied by his pet, minimum rental of 2 nights at the price of 70 € outside July and August, price July 350 € the week, August 450 € the week. Outside school period, possibility of hiring of longer duration 15 days 1 month etc ..., this hiring is open all the year is equipped with a central heating (supplement in the winter period Private pool to share and available to our customers of 15 mx 7 m open and heated from mid June to mid September. Possibility to rent sheets and towels at a rate of 15 € per week and per person. illet and August are from Saturday to Saturday unless the owner agrees. Apartment not recommended for tall people 2 m and more.

Bon séjour dans cette appartement situé juste à côté de la mer même si on ne l'a vois pas de la fenêtre, elle est à 100m et de très belle balade sont à faire sur le GR. Des propriétaires très sympathiques et très attachant ...avec un très grand cœur. On ce sent comme à la maison.... La dame Nous a mêmes donner une panière de prune qui étais très bonne.... Un petit hameau très sympathique et surtout très calme.... Très peu de voitures circulentBref un endroit très reposant avec de très belles balade de bon restau et de beau coin à voir au alentour comme cancale et le mont St Michel.

Das Ehepaar Grasser hat uns herzlich empfangen und war bereits am ersten Abend sehr gastfreundlich zu uns. Im Esszimmer standen Croissants, Baguettes und selbstgebackene Crêpes zum Frühstück bereit. Selbst der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Sekt, Marmelade, Butter und Milch. Am nächsten Morgen hat uns Herr Grasser Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und sonstige hilfreiche Tipps für die Gegend gegeben, die wir teilweise gerne in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Wohnung ist zwar in Teilen älter eingerichtet, das uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat (im Gegenteil) und erfüllte alles in allem ihren Zweck. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, teils steht mehr zur Verfügung (selbst Spülmittel, Schwamm und Kuchenhandtücher oder auch Tupperware). Trotz der Keller-/Einlegerwohnung im Privathaus der EheleuteGrasser hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre. Leider stand der Swimmingpool gem. Objektbeschreibung nicht mehr zur Verfügung (worauf sich meine Tochter gefreut hatte) und das WLAN-Signal des Routers im Haupthaus reichte nicht bis zur Wohnung. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, den Aufenthalt genossen, waren dankbar und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable. L 'appartement est bien situé géographiquement pour visiter St Malo, Cancale, Dole de Bretagne...de plus, il suffit de traverser la route pour se balader sur la grève et apercevoir le Mont St Michel. L'appartement est bien équipé, situé dans un environnement reposant où nous avons pu nous détendre après nos longues marches.

voyage dans les années 60

L'endroit est calme et bien placé entre St Malo et le Mont St Michel, le bourg de Cherrueix est à 2 km, 3 resto 1 superette et 1 boulanger (je recommande le Kouign amann) une bonne sortie :le train de la mer et balade à pied le long de la baie. Bon accueil à l'heure par le propriétaire, place de parking pratique, logement propre, literie en bon état (canapé fatigué); décor et mobilier suranné, le matériel de cuisine et la vaisselle d'époque bien usée conviendrait à Emmaüs. LA PISCINE : bonne température de l'eau (24), grande taille appréciable permettant une distanciation avec les autres usagers , mais quelques reproches : portillon d'entrée cassé et non sécurisé, pédiluve hors service ,douche totalement cassée, propreté du fond du bassin coté rideau et des angles discutable , pas de nettoyage des mauvaises herbes entre les dalles entourant le bassin . Dommage cette grande piscine, certes agée, mérite un meilleur entretien .

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au calme a proximité du Mont St Michel et de St Malo L'annonce ne précise pas que le logement est situé en sous sol semi enterré donc pas très lumineux mais il est très bien équipé, juste de la déco un peu datée ;) Nous avons sur le conseil des propriétaires fait de très bonnes activités sauf le train marin que nous aurions du réserver car semaine complète et ça semble vraiment être la balade sympa à faire dans le coin. Le vrai plus c'est la piscine chauffée !

Not for tall people

Overal rating is for three nice standalone houses. This one was a basement where: Deck was 2m with door height of 1.80m. First handed we got was detergent spray for ants. Interior was very outdated. More seventies or older. Bed was 1.80m or so. Way too small. Oven didn't work an was dirty. Overall impression: don't rent this one or at least renovate it thoroughly and warm people of 1.75m and above this one is not suited for them. Best option: don't offer it at all.
