Creekside Cottage is located just a few blocks from Downtown Waynesville’s Main Street, and less than 1 mile to grocery stores and restaurants. This is the perfect home base for exploring all that Waynesville and the surrounding area has to offer; you are a quick 10 minute drive to Maggie Valley and Lake Junaluska, and around 35 minutes to downtown Asheville & Cherokee. The property has a peaceful creek along one side and an expansive yard that includes a fenced pet area, gas grill, dining table and firepit area. The 650sf cottage offers one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, a full size sleeper sofa, and stocked kitchen offering all the conveniences of home. It is perfectly pet friendly. We loved the front and back porch! The good - the porches were super cool for lounging. The pet run was nice and close to the porch and the back yard sitting area. Loved the string lights!! Improvements - we got in earlier than expected and the property manager was still there cleaning. He was very nice and friendly. Although I told him not to worry about mopping, the baseboards were covered with hair and dust.
