Located in beautiful gated Smoky Mountain Country Club, this brand new luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, with 1,550 square feet and a full length view deck accessed from the great room and both bedrooms, provides an unparalleled vacation accommodation perfect for one couple, two couples, a family or a golfing group. CONDO FEATURES This condo has 10’ ceilings in all rooms, and is at street level, so there are no stairs. For maximum occupancy flexibility, the master bedroom features both a king bed and twin bed. The guest bedroom features both a queen bed and twin bed. The master bath contains a double vanity set in a granite countertop, corner whirlpool tub and fully-tiled shower. The guest bath has a granite countertop vanity and fully-tiled shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, which include a gas range/oven, 25 cu ft side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully-equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The spacious laundry room contains a washer and dryer. An instant tankless hot water heater serves this condo, so you’ll never run out of hot water during a shower or soak in the whirlpool tub. The dining room, great room, kitchen and both bedrooms all have hardwood floors. The bathrooms and laundry room have ceramic tile floors. The great room is accented by a wall of stone rising from the gas fireplace to the ceiling. Large HD televisions are in the great room and both bedrooms. The condo is equipped with Wifi and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment. The large (50’ long) view deck is fully covered. A grill is provided on the deck, along with a table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. No smoking or pets are allowed in this condo. Finally, this condo has a detached single-car garage. Everything about the property was perfect. We arrived very late at night and were a little nervous about our check in and the fact that we had almost no cell service in the mountains. The staff communicated well and made the late night check in stress free! Very detailed turn by turn directions to the property were so helpful especially without GPS service. The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was spotless and had all the things we needed. A full washer and dryer and they even left us some laundry soap and dryer sheets which was such a blessing! The view was incredible and the fireplace was lovely. Plenty of extra blankets! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Will definitely book again! ##### Megan N. The pool area is a five minute drive and need to take the car as outside the property. Be aware that it is necessary to go into Bryson City for groceries or eating which is 10 to 15 minute drive.
