It was okay.....nothing unique. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Wish there was a larger television. Wish there was either sausage or bacon for breakfast

My daughter woke up with a horrible rash. We're pretty sure that it was from the detergent. It was Purex. They really should update their lobby and hallways. Except for the sheets and poor water pressure the room was ok.

Property was clean and rooms were very clean with a fresh smell to it. Staff was good once you could locate one. Several eating places within walking distance.

Cool location. Next to a grocery store and a bunch of places to eat. Right around the corner from Harrah’s Casino. The room was pretty standard but great for what you pay for. The only thing that would’ve made it a bit better was the breakfast. It’s was very limited. Other than that not a bad stay at all

Power went out. Ants in the room. Had no lights in the middle of the night and no hot water due to the power going out. They offered no compensation at all.

They have basically a click bait photo, I booked a queen studio suite, from the picture it shows there is a jetted tub in the room, when I checked in I was informed my room did not have a jetted tub I showed the receptionist the picture of the room I booked and she apologized and said there was nothing she can do they didn’t have any trouble their rooms she isn’t sure why that picture was on the re but the room I booked did not have a jetted tub, falsely advertising their rooms be aware

Great stay overall
Everything was great. The service was great from the front desk people to the room service lady. I would highly recommend a microwave in the rooms instead of one in the hallway for everyone to use. It’s an inconvenience when you have an infant and small children that you don’t want to leave alone even for a few minutes

The lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked for more towels, we have 3 full body towels and a jacuzzi in our room. So, we wanted to use the jacuzzi tonight and shower tomorrow, i would need more than 3 towels. She had the worst attitude, she got nasty with me aaking how many towels i had in my room, why i needed more , etc. So I just walked away without towels. I ended up using handtowels to dry off with. Also, the walls are paper thin. I could hear all talking in the hallway, which was extremely loud, late at night. Horrible for sleeping. Also, there's damage to the rooms. Chunks of wood missing from the furniture, etc

Room 311, on the third floor seemed to have been broken in to from the outside. The screen was all bent and the locks were broken on the window. The window leaked when it rained. The “suite”’s kitchenette sink wouldn’t drain. The two dining room chairs had big stains. The sofa was particularly dirty with brown and white stains on the arms and seating surfaces. Little water pressure. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The bath linens were old and worn. The front desk was unoccupied most of the time.

We only stayed here one night as we were coming through the area. Staff was excellent and very attentive. The nicest people I've ever dealt with at a hotel! The hotel was nice, clean, and breakfast was your normal Continental breakfast. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they really need to update the hotel bathroomals, rooms period. You can tell they work very hard to keep it clean but you just can't hide when the counter tops are old and the showers that have stains on the grout,etc. I would still stay here again for a night again though.

The property is a great location for the Casino. I checked in their is a sign on the door the elevator is not working. Then I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to my room.and when i walked in the room the weed smell was so strong I had to go back and ask for another room. I have stayed here before but the service here has declined a lot. The receptionist was very nice though. My suggestions would be to check your rooms before opening it up to your customers.

Checkin was a breeze. The front desk staff is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. There was a few maintenance issues in the 2 different rooms I'd stayed in. But besides that, the hotel smells and looks clean.
