Un havre de paix proche des châteaux de la Loire

Agréable séjour dans une maison où l'on se sent comme chez soi. L'accueil est à la fois discret et chaleureux. Les confitures au petit déjeuner sont divines .. mangue / orange amère, une vraie découverte. Il est facile d'imaginer que ce doit être encore mieux à la belle saison.

De passage, nous n'avons dormi qu'une nuit à La Maison de Famille.Très bon accueil malgré une arrivée tardive, chambre agréable et confortable, Excellent petit déjeuner avec confiture "maison" , jus d'orange frais... Cependant un peu de bruit de circulation car notre chambre se trouvait au rez de chaussée coté rue.

Lovely place to stay and make a base for visiting the Loire Valley. Cecile went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Great information about nearby restaurants! Nice room with a small deck. Beautiful homemade jams with our breakfast.

La Touraine hors tourisme de masse

tout correspond à l'adresse: c'est une maison de charme, à qui on ne demande pas les équipements d'un hôtel, mais où on est accueilli gentiment, informé de façon personnelle et judicieuse. Tout est charmant, dans une ambiance vieille france, et rien ne manque : bouilloire et infusions dans la chambre, éclairage efficace, prises à gogo, dans la salle de bain kleenex et cotons, et le petit déjeuner parfait dans le joli bow window et ceci dans Chenonceaux .Que demander de plus ?

A really lovely B&B where Cécile makes you feel at home. Clean, wonderfully decorated rooms with art, antiques, crisp Egyptian cotton sheets, shower in room and shared toilet room with one other room. Only three guest rooms total in the inn and having continental breakfast at the antique communal dining table is fun with multi-nationals sharing stories of their travels. Free parking. Breakfast with moose tea or espresso/coffee, croissants, yogurt, breads, cheese....baking bread smelled wonderful when we woke up. Book directly if you want breakfast free. Cecil is more than happy to book a table at local best restaurants or make other recommendations. A true gem of a place to stay in the Loire Valley if you want something unique.

Week-end charmant en famille

Je suis venue passer le weekend avec mes 2 filles, cette maison et son grand jardin avec son portique la petite piscine et l'ambiance ont fait leur bonheur. Un très bon petit déjeuner dans le patio ouvert sur le jardin et la disponibilité de la maitresse de maison ont rendu le weekend très agréable.

Beautiful and big backyard

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. My 4-year-old and 8-year-old had a lot of fun playing in the backyard and in the living room. The breakfast(8 euro/pp) is pretty good too.

J y suis allée avec une amie et nos filles, nous étions dans une chambre pour 2 avec 2 lits d appoints. Du coup, peu d espace. Pas de tv dans la chambre ni le salon. Dommage que le que le petit dej soit servi qu a partir de 9h

Loire Valley B&B

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts spoke English very well (a blessing for us). They were very gracious. We stayed 2 nights and had breakfast (excellent) one morning. Free parking in enclosed area. Very close to chateau. Restaurants in town.Would definitely stay there again.
