Staff were very considerate, and did their best negotiating the language barrier. My hotel safe ran out of battery power and froze shut, and not only were they able to reset and rescue my passport and money, they offered me a very delicious plate of apples and dragonfruit for the bother. Definitely above and beyond the call. Not much of the staff speaks English but they do try hard to accommodate your needs. The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean. Just make sure if you don't smoke to ask for non smoking floor. However, we stayed there for 5 nights and found that they did not change the food variety. The location of the hotel is really good, centrally located and is very near to a MRT station. Standard-Ausstattung für ein 4\*-Hotel, allerdings sprechen die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption teils kein Englisch und auch das gebuchte Nichtraucherzimmer wurde uns erst nach einer Beschwerde zugeteilt.
