The staff is friendly and attentive, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is truly outstanding. Housekeeping was excellent — the room was always spotless, and they consistently left plenty of bottled water and small treats for us, which was a lovely touch. Our experience at St Regis Chengdu was fabulous! Butler service was a great experience. We had hot beverages served to our room every night upon request. Special commendation to the concierge, Alan. He helped us book tickets to the museum and coordinated our luggage transfer from Chengdu to Shanghai. He went beyond to facilitate the inspection of our luggage contents and even recorded the whole process at our request and shared with us via WeChat! This gave us peace of mind to continue with our travel itinerary. We strongly recommend him for a Service Excellence Award!
