"Tina, the front desk staff, went above and beyond helping us to try to locate a missing package even after our departure a few days ago. Unfortunately Tina called us yesterday to inform us that most likely the package had gone missing during transit. The property is very lucky to have a dedicated and attentive employee like Tina.
