What stood out during our stay was the huge breakfast featuring local cuisine, free laundry machine and dryer to use on site, and the complimentary stocked drink fridge and fruits for our first night of stay. I am utterly appalled by the unprofessional and offensive treatment I received from the front desk staff during my check-in, and I feel compelled to share this appalling experience to warn other guests.
