My only real complaint is the location and presentation. It is not on the ground floor and the taxi driver had a hard time finding it. When we arrived, there were construction materials stacked high in front and that added to the confusion. The area feels unsafe, to a foreigner who is not used to life in China cities, but in reality, I think it was just fine. Just not the feeling I wanted for my late arrival. Shopping and dining options are all within walking distance, making it extremely convenient. The room itself was very comfortable, with a modern yet homey facade that made me feel right at ease. The most impressive feature was the futuristic toilet, equipped with seat warming and a cleaning aid—definitely a luxurious touch! Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Chengdu.
