accessable and clean hotel

The HDCL Serviced Residence was good and room was cleaning and function. Could done with providing more free water and tea/ coffee but overall good

成都の快適なホテル

非常に良かったです。周りにあるホテルが高いので心配してましたが、 非常に快適に過ごすことができました、周辺には、コンビニがあり、 ２４時間買い物にも困りません。部屋は非常に清潔であり、 問題なく過ごせました。また、部屋までフロントの方が案内してくれました。 中国では珍しいなと思い感動しました。

地下鉄駅は２駅利用可。一番の繁華街にも近い。 2018年10月、17階に５泊しました。真正面で高層ビルが建設中で、抜群の眺望と言うわけにはいきませんでした。 着いたのは夜ですが、大きな看板と建物の外周に照明が灯っており、すぐにわかりました。 浴槽有り。お湯の出、温度も問題無し。毎日ペットボトル２本のサービスがありました。 １本大通りから入っているので、騒音はありませんでしたが、夜11時まで、朝7時以降は、窓を閉めていても、車のクラクションの音が気になりました。 フロントのスタッフは英語・日本語は通じませんでしたが、今はスマホの翻訳で、コミュニケーションが取れるので問題ありませんでした。内装も新しくて清潔感がありました。流し台・ポット有り。 ベランダに専用の洗濯機がありました。洗剤もありました。

市街地の日本料理店が多い「伊勢丹」に徒歩圏内です。 有名な「川劇」に徒歩2分の場所にホテルがあります。 150元の二番目の高いチケットで二階席の一番前でよく見れました。 アパートメント様式のホテルなのでレストランはありませんが、 食事処は周辺にたくさんあります。

My Chengdu Basecamp

Very close to a busy shopping area but also smaller traditional restaurants to get your fill of sichuan style food. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. I booked one night and then the next three days traveled to Emeishan and returned for another night before leaving Chengdu. During those three nights, they were kind enough to hold my luggage until I got back. Great stay.

繁華街の中の下町

ホテル付近は下町風情があり中国らしい雰囲気ですが、デパートが立ち並ぶ繁華街にも近く、地下鉄の春煕路は徒歩10分で便利でした。 ホテル名の通りレジデンスですので、ホテルと同等のサービスを求めると不足はあると思いますが、部屋は快適でアメニティも一通りののものは揃っていました。 簡易キッチンと洗濯機もあり、出張や長期滞在の方に向いていると思います。

整體來說令人滿意，雙人房空間很足夠。但入住期間浴室漏水(飯店人員很快就來處理了)，網路太慢，飯店電視是接網路的，看個節目都要等很久。

Because there is no door in bathroom(Only curtain), after taking a bath, bathroom flooded. After calling to reception the cleaning waitress came to solve this problem in time. Nice location at a nice price, we can get good food and eatery near this area. And there are laundry machine in our room, it's quite nice for travelers.

Generally, the hotel is good enough for a business traveler that needs a place to stay overnight. Yet the space in single room is fairly limited. The room might be too small if you have big suitcase.
